Our Mission

OPERATION BANDAGE MISSION STATEMENT

Founded in 2015 by Stephen L. Heffner and currently led by Katt Hefner, Operation Bandage is dedicated to health and healing by providing financial support to various organizations in Armstrong County that strive to assist veterans' needs.

These organizations include the Armstrong Veteran’s Alliance, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), and the Mechling-Shakely Center.

At Operation Bandage, our mission is to deliver essential support and resources to those in need. We are committed to healing the wounds of individuals affected by various crises through compassion and aid, particularly in our efforts to support veterans.
