OPERATION BANDAGE MISSION STATEMENT
Founded in 2015 by Stephen L. Heffner, the President of Operation Bandage-Heal the Wounds is dedicated to providing financial support to various organizations in Armstrong County that focus on veterans support. Our mission includes partnering with groups like the Armstrong Veteran’s Alliance, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), and the Mechling-Shakely Center.
We believe that by investing in essential resources and healing initiatives, we can help break the cycle of poverty and empower individuals to build a brighter future for themselves and their families. With your support, we can continue to make a positive impact through our fundraising events and help those in need.
